In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), users are informed about the processing of their personal data.
Through the website contact form we collect: name, email address and the content of the message. If the user contacts us via WhatsApp, we process their phone number and any data they voluntarily choose to provide in the conversation. We do not collect special categories of data through the website.
Data is used exclusively to respond to enquiries and to manage requests for information and for admission to the Association. It is not used to send unsolicited commercial communications. Submitting a request does not guarantee admission, which remains subject to approval by the board of directors.
The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when submitting the form or when initiating contact through the channels provided.
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to manage the request and, where applicable, for the duration of the membership relationship. Once ended, it will be duly blocked for the legally required periods and deleted thereafter.
Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Service providers acting as data processors are involved in delivering the service, including the website hosting provider (Railway). Such providers process data solely according to our instructions.
Some service providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). In such cases, transfers are carried out with the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to [email protected]. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they believe their rights have not been respected.
We apply the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security of the data. The site is intended exclusively for adults of legal age; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
